Terms and Conditions

📄 Terms & Conditions – WealthWise Advisors Ltd

By proceeding with your case and submitting your Administrative Support Package deposit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions which outline the scope of our work, your rights, and your responsibilities as a client:


1. Use of Email Communication

We may extract, use, and retain information from your emails to prepare your case documentation, including complaint letters, legal submissions, and supporting evidence. This information will only be used for the lawful purpose of progressing your case and is stored securely in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.


2. Case Commencement & Refund Policy

Once your deposit has been received and the case process has begun, including (but not limited to):


  • Preparation of legal documents or complaint letters
  • Submission of Subject Access Requests (SARs)
  • Liaison with third parties (e.g. financial institutions, suppliers, regulatory bodies)
  • Initial legal or investigative work
     

…the service is deemed to be underway. At this point, you are not eligible for a refund of the deposit unless the case results in no financial outcome, in which case our No Win No Fee Guarantee applies (see section 5).


3. Client Communication Responsibility

You are responsible for remaining in contact with us throughout the duration of your case. If we are unable to reach you after reasonable attempts via phone, email, or post, the delay or disruption will be considered a client-side issue, and we accept no liability for delays or missed opportunities as a result.


4. Case Timeline & Processing

Once your documents have been prepared and submitted and your case is in motion, you must allow reasonable time for responses from third-party organisations (e.g. banks, finance companies, energy providers, or ombudsman services). These timelines are outside of our control, and premature cancellation or withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund, as the service will have already been rendered in part or full.


5. No Win, No Fee Guarantee

If, after our full case process has been carried out and:


  • No financial recovery is achieved
     
  • All possible routes have been explored and exhausted
     

Then your deposit will be refunded in full. This guarantee only applies after the case has been completed and a final outcome is confirmed. We do not issue refunds mid-process.


6. Data Security & Confidentiality

All information you provide to us is kept confidential and is stored securely in line with UK GDPR and industry best practices. We will never request or store your private banking login credentials.
